I first saw this dress during Fall Fashion Week  2010 offerings on  the fashion web sites. I love pane' velvel so it stuck with me and finally I decided to see if I could translate this RL gown to a SL version and here it is. :)

The gown is a rich oil black pane' velvet, the bodice encrusted with swirls of glittering gold soutache.  A small low waist of undulating ruffles accompanied by layers of matching ruffles from knee to the floor.

Simple, elegant and fashion savy.   A gown not to be missed.
